St. Charles Scarecrow FestivalThe big story this weekend is the Scarecrow Festival in St. Charles. Music, food, carnival rides, games, and of course, plenty of scarecrows.

Other events of note: the Aurora ArtWalk (Fri), the Rave On! Buddy Holly tribute at Copley Theatre, and the Smothers Brothers at the Paramount.
